Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
